Oct 19,2020The last 2 weeks has changed both my work and personal life in such a positive way already. Through this course, I have been able to enhance my skills and learn so many new skills, with great results almost immediately. While this course was challenging, mentally, physically and emotionally, I feel this is the best the UK has to offer. Mitch was very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the whole day to our individual needs as there were over 20 on this course. The training was a total success from start to finish and was faultless. I found this course very informative and it really prepared me for possible scenarios when on a mission. I can see why this company has a fantastic reputation! I have recommended the course to my friends working in the industry. Really appreciated the flexibility from Mitch, Ricky, Tom and Taff, who were great examples in terms of presence, help and support. Thank you!

Oct 19,2020This is one of the most intensive courses I have been on, the instruction and instructors on the course where technical, knowledgeable and most importantly active in the industry. Every single subject taught was well delivered, extremely well thought out and very relevant for future CPO’s. From day 1 to final exercise you are prepared and trained for life as a CPO. I would highly recommend training with Phoenix to anyone wanting to be a CPO, it’s hard work but worth every minute !! The final exercise with a real principal puts everything you learn to the test !! I feel fully prepared now to start my career as a CPO.

Oct 03,2020I attended the Door Supervisor training which I thoroughly enjoyed. The happiest I've been in months. Steve is a fantastic teacher, very funny, very knowledgeable, has a lot of stories to tell about his experiences as a DS, and also went above and beyond, taught us stuff that wasn't even going to be in the exam but thought that we would need in our career. Just a brilliant teacher. I wish him the best with all his future endeavors. I look forward to getting my SIA badge!

I have done several training courses over the years and very few of them apply such an intense but realistic training structure. Mitch, Neil, and Ollie are top instructors, and their experience and passion are not just visible in the way they teach but also the way they carry themselves.

Sep 23,2020Well before I attended the course I had a open mind of this Close protection being a back up plan. After 3 days of being on the course i changed my mind. This is now my number one job choice my back up plan is also this. The course was delivered so well and exceeded my expectation, I loved every minute of the course. The instructors have a very very good knowledge of real life events which transparent to there teaching methods. Can't thank the phoenix team enough especially Mitch, Ollie and Neil. Once again thank you fir delivering an outstanding course.

Oct 20,2020Instructors were top class. Really knew their stuff. Overall an intense course but absolutely brilliant. Only downside is that we have to wait 2 weeks for the test results. 👀👀👀👀
