May 19,2021Very easy to order from delivered to a shipping Company as they don't deliver to the Isle of Man .Well wrapped and I must say I am delighted with all 3 of my purchases .The last was out of stock I applied to be emailed when in stock and ordered as soon as I received the email.Would definitely use them again

May 18,2021Purchased 2 coffee tables, 1 lamp table and 1 console table. Day of delivery only coffee table and lamp table arrive as console table became out of stock despite when ordering item was in stock. Range I ordered was the Caspian range which is described as 'stone effect' this is no where near as described as it is just a piece of MDF covered in paper!! Opened the box and before I could even assemble the item the paper was already peeling from the base absolute poor quality. Emailed the same day and no response despite calling in the next day and being promised to be called by a manager. Next day called again and was promised manager would call back, no one did. Called back again the next day and despite a manager being available did not want to speak directly to me and instead was speaking through another staff member? what kind of customer service is that. Asked for refund and they would not collect all the items just the damaged one meaning I would need to send them items myself despite the issue of poor quality and damaged good arriving from their end. I offered to bring back all the goods myself and asked for some fuel reimbursement and they still didn't agree. Worst company to deal with save your self hassle and buy from a reputable company just look at their average rating speak for itself.
