Had bought one from another company previously and it was cheap and wobbly so we had to send it back, by comparison this one looks really well made and expensive. There was a little bit of damage to one of the caps that went on the leg, I let customer service know and they immediately popped a replacement in the post. Great product, excellent customer service!

Apr 13,2021I pre ordered a fireplace surround with inserted fire in December 2020, I kept having to chase the date for delivery which didn't arrive until March 2021, when the delivery men put it together they had to take the insert away as it was not working, I was informed that another would be sent out, as of 12/4/2021 still nothing. I have today contacted them obviously frustrated to be told by the operator that she is trying to help and not to speak to her in that manner (I was not rude in the slightest!!) She then continued to place me on hold whilst she spoke with her manager, I requested to cut out the middle man and speak directly to him myself, his Customer skills were just as bad, I asked what they were going to do as a way of compensation for my inconvenience to which he replied "we do not pay for our Customers happiness if you are not happy with the service we provide then we can arrange for a courier to pick it up for you, or we can arrange for the insert to be sent" I advised them to pick the item next week and I will purchase elsewhere!! AVOID
