Mar 03,2021I don't feel the site is very clear about how letters and postcards etc. work. If I had known you just print out and mail them I would have done it myself to make it more personal. However everything else is a easy and needed service

Mar 04,2021This app was very confusing..I was unclear the whole time exactly what the cost of everything was.there was nowhere on the webpage to clarify& it's already asking for more money??:(
