Nov 13,2020Let me start of by saying thanks to pigeon. If it wasn't for this website I don't know what I have done. Been my first time on here I actually like it. It was an easy process for my to get in touch with my inmate and I have to wait to see if it's fast to deliver the photos to my inmate. To be honest if it is I will recommend the website to my family and friends. So far right now I'm okay let's see in the future how it goes.

Nov 12,2020Initially, I was on an ipad and there was no obvious checkout process. The UI is sleek, but I couldn't understand if I was supposed to pay first and then upload, or what. Your technique for raising error messages if often unhelpful. For example, my credit card entry process got 3 errors that were something like "try later or call 800xxx" but in reality, I hadn't specified my cvv, then the postal code, then the country or something. The messages could be more helpful.
