Yesterday I realized this racquet of a company that I’ve never used or heard of, had taken 3 sums of $39.99 out on the 11, 15, and 16. And about 5 min ago tried to do it a fourth time! Right before Christmas! Disgusting. They should be shut down.

Early this morning I received an email from my bank asking about a charge of $39.99 that showed up last night. I have never heard of this company and have never done business with this company. After my bank opened this morning they called me and asked if this was a charge I made. I told them absolutely not. I was then told that in the last three days they charged my account $39.99 SEVEN times. I filed a complaint with my bank...let's hope it helps to stop this racquet of a company! Thank goodness I have a great bank that has refunded all monies!

In July I attempted using this service to get cheaper county jail phone call rates. After 4-5 different phone numbers being issued to me and not one of them giving me a discount I cancelled my subscription and asked to not be billed anything anymore. ( I went through this type of thing with 4 different companies. Then I downloaded a free text app, looked up local area codes, issued myself a local phone number and got my own cheaper rates on my own. For free. In less than 5 minutes. ) Yesterday (December) I had a charge on my debit card of $39.99. I cancelled in July. This is my email response to Pigeonly: I received a separate email after this one stating that "my purchase" had been refunded although it is not reflecting in my account yet. Can I safely assume that I will no longer be charged anything at all further from pigeonly? I never made any $39.99 purchase and no one has offered an explanation as to where the charge came from or what product or service it was supposed to be paying for and no guarantee that I will not be charged further. The refund email contains an "invoice" number but I have no way of seeing the actual invoice. And the "invoice" number does not correspond with either of the order numbers attached to my account. In my experience, everything about this website and company is fraudulent. There was never any discount on telephone rates. Customer support wasn't helpful.. After cancellation and a period of 6 months of not being billed for services I am randomly charged $39.99 out of the blue with no explanation. I had to involve the BBB to get someone to respond to my complaints. I think your company is a scam. I think you save peoples billing information and try to slide in charges when you believe no one is paying attention. (Christmas time) And have been getting away with it for the most part. But I have already contacted BBB as you know. They have all of this information including my theory on criminal activity and I will be reporting to the federal branch that handles internet crime/fraud. Can you explain what service I was charged for and how I was magically charged? May I have a copy of the Invoice #243762? And can you explain why in my Order History there only shows 2 orders ever made with the date July 14th 2021 starting a 7 day free trial but then at the bottom has a billing cycle date of December 13th (no year) (per screenshots sent to BBB). Or why after receiving responses from pigeonly support and allegedly being issued a refund that date of December 13th (no year) changed to December 14th (no year)? When I was charged on December 7th 2021? I would like any and all information obtained by pigeonly for any reason up to and especially any billing information to be destroyed. On my end I will have my bank issue me a new debit card to make sure there are no more "accidental" charges. I would recommend everyone that was a former customer of Pigeonly to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have whatever card you were being billed with cancelled and reissued.

This account was cancelled 3 months ago, I got charged $39.99 today and I may have been charged more other times, and not noticed. I will seek full restitution from this company and not be ripped off for a service they are not providing. Pure common sense, I am not sure why this company is having hundreds of the same type of complaint, but that should be a common denominator for the management of this company to fix this. I dont even think they are a company any more, Cant get a hold on phone, have to send email and if you call , you will be on hold for 30 minutes or longer and then it hangs up. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I purchased a 3-month subscription to send pictures to an incarcerated relative. The charge for the subscription was $34.99. My card was charged this amount on 11/27/2021. My card was charged $39.99 on 11/28/2021 without my permission. My card was charged $39.99 on 11/29/2021 without my permission. My card was charged $39.99 on 11/30/2021 without my permission. I contacted customer service to report the issue. The merchant stated they will refund the "errors." I suspect this is fraud and I do not trust the merchant. My card has been charged every day for $39.99. The original product was $34.99. My card has been charged again since they said they would fix the "error." I contacted the merchant on 12/01/2021 via email and by phone. Why has my card been charged again in "error" today, 12/04/2021? This is clear and apparent fraud! This company should be reported for taking advantage of people who are vulnerable and trying to connect with an incarcerated loved one.

I would give less than a star if possible!! The worse company I have ever dealt with!! I done the free trail. They have took money out of my account even after account was canceled! They been refunding my money since Oct 4 now telling me it will be the end of Nov. This is the worst company ever. Don't not try thefree trial unless you want to have money removed for months out of your account that they don't want to refund and all they can say is SORRY! SORRY ISN'T COVERING THE OVER 200 THEY OWE ME BACK

They charged me 8 times 26.03 in my credit card, apart from the agreed / ordered services. I talked to them and they said it will take 2 days to resolve, it was due to a system error and it's been 3 days and they haven't done anything.

Thieves!!!! They hide behind their scripted customer service assuring you that they will refund you your money and how sorry they are about the mistake and then they blame on a “system update”. They say it won’t ever happen again and that they’ll remove your card information… LIES!!!! They stay with your information and take money out of your account with hopes you won’t notice the charges. These people are scamming people and taking advantage of people in a time of need. As if having a family member incarcerated wasn’t hard enough… you now have these people taking money out of your account (money you desperately need) DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. RUN!!!!

Was only supposed to be charged 19.99 a month for the service from Pigeonly, of which we hardly used. Cancelled the account and was charged 26.06 13 times after cancelling! When I called to complain, instead of refunding me, they charged me again! Many reports of scamming on this company with reports to the BBB. Am perusing fraudulent charges through my credit union! DO NOT USE!!

I cancelled my account last month during the trial period as it was not useful to me… just today another unapproved charge has appeared in my account. I will speak with customer service tomorrow to have the charge removed or I will contact the better business bureau and my credit union to have this corrected.

I would not recommend Pigeonly At all! They put Extra charges on your Card! It ends up being Very Expensive! And they have A lot of Outages! Where you will not be able to get in touch with your Loved one for 1-2 days at a time. I have found GTL to be good and J Pay.

The. Ustomer support is useless. There is no chat. Nobody answers the calls. Nothing that I have sent through them as gotten to my husband. They don’t even have the correct address. I have cancelled yet they still keep charging my account. They need to be reported.

Lately I been trying to get ahold of them online and says chat not available so sent email. I have been noticing money missing from account and come to find out that they are taking $$ out 2 sometimes 3 a month. I sent email with the screenshots. Thats $190.93 I want refunded ASAP.

If I can give zero stars I would. The company always has " technical issues" you are paying for a service that half the time is not working.You are also paying pigeonly and whatever the facility uses it is a rip off.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. They have billed my account 3 to 4 times a month and have tried to contact customer service to be put on hold for hours or transferred to wrong person over and over again, I’ve used this one time and my son got transferred to unit and still getting billed tried to cancel my card and it’s not allowing me to cancel the card so looks like I’ll be getting a new bank card so it cannot keep being charged. Do not use this company!

Very bad experience with pigeonly! They were only suppose to charge me one time as a trial and then I would have to resign up after that, which I did not. They Continue to charge my account after ive called numerous times to cancel. You also are out on hold for at least 15 minutes only to be hung up on after they answer. It happens everytime you call! They always returned my pictures and some letters and didn't send them. I want results! Do Not use this service!
