Feb 06,2021I am busy at work a lot of days and I don’t make it to the post office or sometimes I forget to drop off my letters. It’s convenient to take a break at work or while I’m in bed write or send my son letters and pics with a couple of clicks. Thanks

Feb 05,2021I like the convenience. I think the phone system (I had to add money myself) is not smoothest, but it's working. I think it's because different facilities have different phone system, but pigeonly does try it's best.

Feb 07,2021Calls are not goin thru to my phone and when they do they drop. Also I was being charged 19.99 for each call and when I try to cancel subscription they continued billing me 19.99 at random times thruout each month.
