Feb 03,2021Well i generally like all the different things i can do ith the app. It makes it pretty quick and easy to keep in touch with my boyfriend. i thought when i paid the 26 dollar phone line thing that it would make our calls only like 1.24 something for a call but it is still just as expensive.

Feb 03,2021I am extremely disappointed with your service. The the letter & card I sent was sent back to me because the facility could not locate my inmate. The booking number was incorrect even though I had corrected it on my account. I was hoping the letter & card would get to my inmate quicker but it was never received at all. Also, the pictures I sent first was the last item to send which I’m expecting to receive back in the mail as well.

Feb 03,2021Charge came through days later and there aren't specific instructions on how everything works. My inmate called me on this number and it was not .15 a min. Also messages ate not free.

Feb 03,2021Out of 7 photos I sent the last time only 2 were received by the person I sent them to. Every time I send pictures they're never all sent. I will unsubscribe if this continues

Feb 03,2021I think it took way too long just to get an email telling me the photos have just been sent. I could have included them in a letter and they would have been ther already.

Feb 02,2021I give it a 5 star because I love the fact that you get a number for cheaper calls and you can write a letter and send it without out going to the postal office...I just hate that it went up to 19.99 a month now...While it’s a pandemic.

Feb 02,2021This site is pretty easy to figure out. I had no problems with any of my purchases or making an account, or finding my inmate. All went smooth, and I appreciate this site helping families connect with their inmates. Makes everything easier. I haven't tried the phone yet, as I still have a few dollars left on my phone through GTL.

Feb 02,2021I haven’t officially used the services yet. I have a phone number for him, and just sent a letter. I would like if once the letter has been received we get a confirmation email, just like letting us know the letter had been sent. That would be nice.
