Dec 31,2020I like the service in general but I feel like in the trial period, my items were shipped way quicker than once my account became paid. I don’t like the way certain parts of the UI looks like when you’re typing a letter and it’s all horizontal. I wish there was more guidance as to how long an article or letter can be.

Dec 30,2020So far, I love the convenience of being able to write letters, send pictures and post cards all from my computer. It allows me to send more correspondence because of the ease of typing my letter and not having to do the leg work. So far, I am a very happy user!
