Nov 19,2020I found Pigeonly through an online search. My fiance just got incarcerated and it has been very difficult. This service has been amazing! The pricing is perfect-saving me a fortune, not to mention the convenience of it. I had to call customer service with general account questions since it was my first time using this service and the representative was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful-not to mention very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Pigeonly.

Nov 18,2020My experience was wonderful so far!! It was so much more affordable than at other app or website I could find, and I searched high and low!! Customer service was fantastic when I had an issue with setting up my card and they gave me the BEST first month promotional discount I could have asked for. I was surprised and so happy when the NEXT DAY I received an email saying my order to my inmate had already been shipped!! 5 stars!! I highly recommend to anyone having to keep in contact with a loved one that is incarcerated!!

Nov 17,2020I just now getting to use it so far so good yet I believe it takes to long for inmates to receive mail. I can pay for stamps and mail in same or most time day or two earlier. I don't seem like that part at all. I hope the phone does a better job

Nov 17,2020Was nice to not have to go and print pics n go to post office but it wld only let me download 1 pic at a time.i wld choose multiple pictures but then when hit done it only downloaded 1....was kind of annoying:(

Nov 16,2020It took some hunting to find the definition of what you will do and much it will cost. I added 3 inmates. 1 is paid for, my brother. For what I need for each of them, phone, letters, and pictures it will be about $50 per person, per month. Even tho I sincerely, and seriously believe the products you offer are extensively worth every penny, during this current economic crisis, I just can't afford it!.
