Dec 20,2019Visited your Tonypandy Branch today. After walking around your compound for around 5 minutes I was greeted by Chris who was extremely helpful and not ‘pushy’ like most sales members. We then headed over to the processor of the financing team-Kay after picking and selecting my new car. Kay was welcoming and patient throughout the process. Kay showed a great interest in our hobbies and work professions as the process took a little while to complete. The only thing that left me disappointed was that my ‘part ex’ car entered the facility with a full tank of fuel and was promised a full tank in exchange with my new purchase. Unfortunately, this was not met and I've parted with £50 worth of fuel. However, overall.... great experience.
