We firstly dealt with a Sales Person called Mike, he was a pleasure to deal with, really bubbly and not once pushed us to a sale, constantly aware of wanting to give us time alone to think and talk about vehicles we had spotted. Once we were between two cars Mike was very patient and gave us as much time as we needed. Once we decided on a vehicle we were introduced to an absolute gent called Steve who dealt with our finance, he couldn’t be more helpful, explained everything in exact detail and gave us all the figures per year prior to finance being asked for so we knew exactly where we were at. Nothing was too much trouble for these two guys. Thank you and we will definitely be coming back for futures cars.

Dec 29,2019Darren & Steve were great, I purchased my first vehicle from Pinetree Car Superstore today and it was made very seamless and stress free - from viewing the car to driving the car away it happened very quickly and I did not get that typical down your throat sale that you might find from other car salesman. I would most definitely be looking at this garage again in the future.

Dec 22,2019When our car was written off we were left with a limited budget but still in need of a reliable car. After a search on car Gurus we narrowed our selection down to 3 cars. I can only say how refreshing it was to meet the team at the Cardiff Pinetree Superstore centre in Hadfield Rd. Blake , Ron and Toby are all incredibly helpful , not at all pushy and make promises that they can and will keep...A sharo contrast to some other car stores in the area!!! Highly recommend...Picked up a lovely Vauxhall Corsa today from them. Well done guys please keep your helpful and professional approach up as I'm sure you will ..deffinate koi over your competition not to mention great deals and cars ...best to you all and merry Christmas
