Nov 23,2019I went into pinetree Tonypandy today to look for a car for my partners son and was greeted by Darren who was very helpful showing us different types of cars that suited our needs. Darren wasn’t pushy which usually puts me off about going to car garages and helped us find the perfect car. We then sorted the finance out with Kay who got it all sorted in super fast time which was great as there was no hanging around waiting. It’s a 10/10 for Darren and Kay they were brilliant!! Nov 21,2019The car is currently back into the garage due to the engine reaching 150 degrees and smoking, according to their mechanics there is nothing wrong with it and diagnostics has confirmed. I therefore am rejecting the car and will return it, had the audacity to say take into account the milage you have done. (The milage was done to travel to work which is why we bought a low milage car AH ALSO THE TRIPS BACK AND FORE THE GARAGE AND THE RECOVERY PROCESS ALSO INCLUDING THE TRIP THE SALES EXECUTIVE TOO TO DRIVE HOME).
