Aug 21,2019Friendly sales staff when you are looking or buying. The minute they take your deposit, all customer care goes out of the window. I am not impressed at all. I would not recommend them! I am the partner of Carwyn Dafydd. This is not a fake review. Despite assurances of returning phone calls and that the car would be ready, we have had to wait almost 3 weeks for it. Rob was excellent and allowed me to look at the plentiful choice available pressure free and was always happy to help. Rhyanne was faultless and ran through all of the finance jargon and was very happy with the deal secured in the end. We're due to pick up our third car from them this weekend and sales and aftersales have been as helpful as they were the previous two times. Very highly recommended.

Apr 24,2019Amazing experience at Bridgend pinetree buying a car for the wife was not pressured at all with no hard sell rob was brilliant gave us as long as we wanted to look over the car with no pushing to make a sale can’t fault him at all and made us a brilliant tea and coffee also was great with kids on a hot day offered to get them a drink would definitely recommend and will definitely be going there when need my next car 10 out of 10 for service from us

My head is still spinning, with how quickly and easily we exchanged our old trusted "fun bus" for a small sporty little number and we got the full £1000 part exchange. We were helped to find the right finance package, and opted for an additional 3 year warranty. When we drove away we felt 100% confident with our new car, and that we had all the assurance we needed. Aug 24,2019Just bought a car from pine tree and being honest very happy overall Rob dealt with it and the day I collected it was Darren and a really nice lady in the office they had a bit of an issue getting the parts for it and could of replayed to my calls slightly more prompt but I have done just short of three hundred miles so far and I’m very pleased wouldn’t hesitate to go there again and I’m in Coventry so thanks again 👍🏴
