I purchased a 16 plate Suzuki swift 20/2/19. Prior to purchase I requested the handbrake gets looked at as it was almost vertical before any tension was felt. Day of purchase I immediately had issues!! The engine management light came on not 10 minutes after driving off so returned the car to be checked.... Excuse 1: "oh the battery must have gone flat at some point" .....warning light reset. A few days later it lights up again! ..........Car returned again! Excuse 2: " there's an issue with the camshaft sensor, I'll order the part and get you booked in" .....warning light reset. Several calls later after several days was told the part is on back order. In the mean time the warning light comes back on and handbrake still not sorted until I returned again and sat in the after sales office until the handbrake was fixed as it was not holding on a steep hill. At this point getting fed up of being fobbed off I contacted Suzuki dealers and booked the car in myself on 13/3/19. Not needing a car for a few days I returned to pinetree to request a courtesy car which they provided that evening 17/3. I recieved a call on 21/3 to say they need the car back as it was out of mot and provided me with another, unknown to myself until I checked they only provided me with a car that had expired the mot on the 4th ............extremely annoyed I returned the car this evening, vented my anger and was driven home by a salesman as there was no other car available. As I write this 26/3/19 I have yet to have my car returned although they have assured me it will be tomorrow lunchtime. A long read I know but this explains my one star rating. Absolutely shocking!! I will be warning others against buying from them!

Picked up my car last night and all I can say is that the service from Rob, Rhyann and Mo was nothing but spectacular. Very warm and welcoming, I honestly would have felt bad if I didn’t buy the car! Finally, if you’re ever waiting about and need a cup of coffee, Rob makes the best in the country, FACT. I can’t thank them enough!

I never write reviews but the excellent experience at pinetree car superstore in Tonypandy I received from Darren deserves to be shared. The car I was interested in was at their Bridgend branch, unlike most car salesmen he didn't try to sell me anything else but was straight on the phone and arranged to get the car delivered to their Tonypandy branch for me to look at. The customer service I received from Darren was nothing less than outstanding. From driving me home, offering to stay behind work so I can pick up the car because of my working hours. But most of all his honest opinion whilst buying the car. Well I'm now a proud owner of a car from pinetree and its obvious to me they just don't want to sell you a car and send you on your way. They want you to buy your second, third car from them. Ask for Darren if you visit Pinetree Tonypany, It's the only place I'll be going in the future.

My sister bought a car which she loves. As a result of their non pushy salesmen I returned also. Bought a car from Mark again who seen to it every request I had was dealt with. Steve sorted the finance and was also very professional and helpful. Gabby in the After sales was amazing also. Overall a friendly and helpful company and employees Thank you again all and for the jam doughnut

We went to look around to see what was available as our daughter had just started driving. As we browsed we were told by salesman Rob if you need anything give me a shout. No hassle just left to have a look. When we found what we wanted Rob was one of the most helpful and professional guy's and we had no pressure. When we decided that the car was for us we were introduced to Rhyanne to sort out the finance and she was a superstar. I haven't bought many Cars but if I need another one I know where I'm going. Professional. Down to earth. Welcoming and friendly and to top it all really nice guy's.

Fabulous team at pinetree Tonypandy. Very friendly helpful staff, no pressure but there when you had any questions. From start to finish we have had nothing but a great experience, and a special mention for kay in the finance dept. I will hever buy a car from anywhere else. What a positive experience.

A nice refreshing start. When Kevin approached, I thought, here we go, pressure from the start. Not at all. Very nice welcome and explained the site. Not pushy at all. Met us half way to say take a pic of any we were interested in, and he would get the details. At the end we showed the 2 we were interested in and got the keys and details. Decided with no added pressure and tool us back to the office and dealt with Steve, again no pressure or pushing for after sales. Showed what was available and let us decide. Would not hesitate to use again

Had an excellent experience at pinetree car superstore in Tonypandy, my sales consultant Shane was fab from start to finish in helping me find a car which was affordable and was honest throughout! Toby/Tony (unsure sorry) in finance was incredible in helping me obtain finance with my bad credit situation. All in all the whole experience was brilliant and I would recommend anyone go here to buy a good, low milage and affordable car. Thanks guys, I'm loving my new Ibiza!!!!

Seriously bought a corsa about 5weeks ago but when I collected the car there was a sensor fault showing on the dashboard they said oh that’s a surprise but we will sort it also noticed the wrong profile tyres had been put on the car so they said they would sort that aswell, took the car to their Tonypandy depot where they have mechanics and can sort the car. I gave them the keys and got sent to the pub opposite for a coffee I come back and get told they need my car for a week due to all the issues. REALLY how can they sell a car with so many issues, here’s the list wrong profile tyres, wrong tyre valves hence the light flashing gearbox mounting, engine mounting complet new turbo, faulty heaters, had to replace wiring bolt missing from gearbox thermostat coolant pipes aparrant service looked at the air filter myself to see it filthy dirty and had a piece of gauze on it really how stupid do you think people are it would’ve been easier to actually put a new filter in it anyway. I give them the car for the week the mechanic Dave can’t fault him at all rung me every other day letting me know the progress and how he was getting on, I get the car back and I find out they haven’t programmed the tyre sensors so the light is still in need a specialist apparently hadn’t put a new bolt in the gearbox as yet and are incompetent when changing tyres they chipped all the paint off the edge of the alloys which Dave said when he had the car in AGAIN he would get it sorted but didn’t get given a date for this so I have rung on 4 separate occasions just curious as to find out what’s happening as you can imagine I’ll have a look and ring you back in 20mins 2hrs later I ring myself, oh then the person I need to speak with is off but the guy said he would look into it and ring me back the following day. Left it til 5pm the following day and oh no phone call so I rung and the guy is now off until Monday. Tomorrow is D Day if I don’t get a satisfactory answer at 9am tomorrow morning I’ll be ringing the finance company to tell them they won’t be getting any money because as far as I’m concerned I haven’t been provided with a car fit for purpose with such major issues that still haven’t been sorted surely priority would b customer safety not money in the bank basically just send the car to Vauxhall get the PROFESSIONALS. To look at it n sort it and just fit the bill simple not rocket science I’ll post again to let you all know 🙄.
