We also dealt with Hayley who also helped us with general enquiries, she also gave us ongoing updates which were useful. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

Aug 09,2021This is the second time myself and my partner have used Pinnacle, and both times they have been fantastic. On this occasion I was on maternity leave, and my partner had just changed jobs - yet Sam was still able to find a (good) remortgage deal for us. Once we had been approved they then supported us through the whole process which was quick and uncomplicated. We will definitely be using Pinnacle again when we are due to remortgage in 2 years.

After being led on a few times by the high street institutions and a coule of brokers I contacted Pinnacle. Samantha at Pinnacle, took on the task and was absolutely outstanding in finding the right partner in a very short time frame and having things in place very quickly. Throughout the whole process she was persistent and communicative, keeping me updated with how things were progressing. I would definitely not hesitate in using their services again or in recommending them to others.
