Dec 18,2021After many unsuccessful tries secure a mortgage at such a young age with a small history try of bad credit. It was the perfect time to stumble upon pinnacle finance. I had been told ‘no’ several times, as well as ‘wait another year before applying.’ But thanks to the team at pinnacle finance, I’m a home owner! It was a very long process, I kid you not but the team at pinnacle finance worked tirelessly to help secure a mortgage loan to help me speak to housing developers. I had a rough ride as we started the first application but as we were about to get into it, I was declined by the housing association. It was the team at pinnacle finance who advised me that this doesn’t have to be the end. I could look for another place as the lenders they had found for me was still ready to give me the money needed. After months of searching, I had found another place, started the whole application once again, with less hope, but pinnacle finance made it seem like it could happen. Between working with both mine and the seller’s solicitors, the team at pinnacle finance were the ONLY ones who made sure everything was done at its earliest convenience and kept me updated. This sure does help with nerves as buying your first property can be exciting. They were very calm and reassuring the whole way through, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. It was an absolute pleasure. I am more than happy to write this review as I sit in the comfort of my new home knowing that no matter how many times you are told ‘no’ pinnacle finance can definitely do the job. I highly recommend!

I received timely and helpful advice, comprehensive list of options and assistance with all aspects of the equity transfer. All emails were answered without delay and chasing up other parties in the process made everything easier on me. I couldn't recommend Pinnacle highly enough and would not consider using anyone else. Daniel and Jessica have been so so helpful and friendly throughout the process and I really would have struggled without them! Very professional service. Nothing was any trouble, always helpful I was Worried I was unable to do this due to being older, as I had already being refused due to age and circumstance they made it so easy and affordable and prompt response to any query’s. Oct 11,2021When you appoint a mortgage broker you take a bit of a gamble as the introductory approach is pretty much the same with all brokers, however to get a mortgage broker who absolutely delivers everything they’ve promised is very rare which is why I award Pinnacle with a confident 5 star ⭐️ as I can honestly say they have exceeded expectations for us. They acted so quickly to meet a tight deadline, kept in contact at all times and found an ideal lender for our situation. A well deserved 5 star ⭐️ Big thanks to Dan, Rhiannon and the rest of the team 👍🏻
