We had to jump through some hoops to get our mortgage provider on board but Sam worked his was through these obstacles to make what could've been a painful experience into a smooth process. The advice I received from the initial call was excellent and as it turns out extreme accurate. Pinnacle’s communications (Daniel & Team) were excellent at keeping us updated almost daily throughout the entire process with clear and accurate information regarding feedback and questions from our mortgage supplier. Jan 24,2020We came to Pinnacle after having tried quite a few other options and companies including high street banks and other online providers. I was about to give up if I am honest but thought I would give Pinnacle a go. The reviews were good and they helped people in our circumstance so what did we have to lose? I was expecting another disappointment if I am honest so was shocked and so happy when Daniel said he could help! He was so helpful and patient throughout and made the entire process so easy! We went from having basically no hope to a mortgage offer in only a few weeks! Daniel and Cat were amazing! You could email at any time and they would get back to me quickly and I never felt like a burden or annoyance! I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone, definitely if you have slightly different circumstances but even if you don't! It's well worth the money as they deal with everything! My only regret is I didn't come to them sooner and we will definitely be coming back when it's time to remortgage! Thank you for everything! Laura and Paul
