Oct 19,2019We found out about Pinnacle via a bill board advert on the A127, and after poor dealings with another mortgage advisor we decided to give them a try, We gave Pinnacle a few options we where looking at for the remortgage, Daniel was more than happy to listen and give advice, and look into all options. Daniel come back to us to tell us we where better off staying with Santander, that their was no point paying for a rate that looked good on paper, but by the time you factor in all the costs we would be worse off, and he told us that because the paper work for dealing with this was minimal that Pinnacle would not charge us. I cannot recommend them highly enough for there professional honest service, and will be using them again.

Oct 16,2019The service I received from both Laura and Catherina was fantastic. Laura found me an excellent deal and helped me with all of the paperwork. My mortgage switch was a bit complicated due to a few reasons (nothing to do with Pinnacle) so took a good few months to complete, however Catherina kept pushing on at the legal team for progress reports and kept me updated at all times. Thank you both for everything.
