We were kept up to date with progress daily and nothing was too much trouble. Given we were first time buyers (with a Lifetime ISA) looking to buy a new build house finding the best mortgage was not easy. Sam made everything simple, answered our questions clearly and provided really helpful advice. The mortgage offer he found could not be matched by other organisations so Pinnacle do find you the best deal.

Sep 26,2019I was slightly apprehensive about re-mortgaging my property due to the likelihood of it being slightly complicated, however Sam at Pinnacle was reassuring and confident that he could help. The re-mortgage did take longer than anticipated (nothing to do with Pinnacle!) but Sam was really communicative and went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to ensure I got the mortgage, he is an absolute star. I would definitely use Pinnacle's services again and recommend them to everyone I speak too!!
