I kept trying to call and kept leaving messages but I still haven't heard back from anyone. If I hadn't quit trying to push the reorder button I would still be waiting. The person that helped me, finally, was great.

Jun 01,2023I tried to report some misinformation on the Pinzoo webpage but was unable to speak with any staff. I made several attempts over a couple months. Always get same recorded messages about agents dealing with high call volume. Ponzoo’s webpage is archaic and customer service is almost non-existant. I probably won't use Pinzoo’s services again b/c of my experience.
