When Planet Beauty opened in sunny Newport Beach, California in 1992, we didn’t agree with the definition of a beauty retailer. Rows of little beauty counters crowded inside busy department stores surrounded by mazes of packed parking lots…mega-mall monotony. This was not our definition of beauty. So, we decided to create a curated beauty haven in convenient neighborhood locations. We provided professional beauty brands as well as trending products and innovative newcomers. We developed a structured educational program to ensure the best and the brightest beauty advisors in our stores. And we decided we were going to have our own definition of beauty. And for over 25 years, we’ve done just that. 37 locations and a successful website later, we deliver more than just the best in makeup, skincare, haircare, styling tools, bath and fragrance. We redefined what beauty means to us, and most importantly, to you.

Dec 15,2024First time on site. Said her 20% off of you sign up for txts and email. I did. Then get my order ready enter code.. guess what. This product doesn’t qualify for the 20%. Go figure. Now they have my info to market me til death without giving me anything-wrong. The 20% should be on planet beauty. They got the info not on the product purchased. Just wrong. If you want to make it right remove me from your marketing

Dec 15,2024The review came before I was notified that the product was shipped. Ordered on 12/8/2024. As of today 12/14/2024 I have received no notice of shipping. I emailed to ask for a status. A review includes the product and service of shipping. So far can't judge either.

I searched and found no contact information except an email for customer service. This is totally not the way I want to be serviced and will not be referring anyone to this websites
