We ordered the: Adidas Gazelle - Wales - Red For my dad for his bday. They are amazing. The quality of the shoes is nothing short of outstanding. Customer service was fab- kept us updated as the order progressed. Definitely recommend platinum shoe care. Superb service. Most of all my Dad absolutely loves them and gets lots of positive comments on them.

Great bespoke buisness with a fantastic line of stock. Staff were very accommodating with the delivery my order as I was away on holiday at the time of purchase. Would definitely use again.

My size wasn’t indicated on the site. I emailed to see if they might have it, and they responded almost immediately to say they did. Ordered the shoes, they arrived as advertised. Look great and no one else has them. Would buy from Platinum again.

I was over the moon with their service. Be prepared to wait because quality takes time, but if you need them for a certain date, they will do their utmost to accommodate you.

I recently bought some custom designed trainers from Platinum Shoe Care. They advised me on what could be added to the trainers and not. Sourced a pair of Adidas blue Munchen trainers and applied the personal changes I wanted. They provided me with updates on the design and that was a two way process between me and them. I have a unique pair of trainers celebrating my football team which I am very happy with. I recommend them 100%.

Recently purchased a pair of Adidas Spezial Reggae V3s. I didn’t realize they were custom made when I first purchased them (I just really liked them). They are exquisite. Highly recommend getting a pair.

They look amazing! Asked to get them delivered quicker for my husband’s birthday n they arrived on time! Very friendly n obliging from start to finish. He hasn’t wore them yet but I’m sure if they feel as good as they look, they’ll be amazing!
