Nov 08,2023I made an order and I have received confirmation email that I will receive my order in 30 days. Really long after this time frame - that was given by them I wanted to cancel the order. It was impossible because in their T&C’s they wrote that sometimes it takes longer. Their interpretation is that basically they can deliver order when they want. I feel scammed and cheated. They promised me shoes in specific timeframe. I believe that they did that after assessment of their production capabilities. They failed to deliver order on time - given by them and I dont have chance to cancel my order.
