Oct 03,2023First and foremost I’ll start by saying the shoes were flawlessly done and my wife is super excited to receive them as a birthday gift. But, the reason I’ll for sure do business with them in the future is the customer service. At every step of the way they were overly communicative until delivery. I appreciate that so much and I look forward to buying from them in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cool shoes!

I already knew to expect at least 31 days until my order would be shipped, but I didn’t expect it to be shipped on the 32nd day and for it to get here so quick! Wonderful service, even had a chocolate bar in the box - very nice touch. The shoes themselves, I fail to have the words to describe how clean they look - I’ve already been asked several times where I’ve purchased them and I’ve pointed them in your direction. Will certainly be purchasing another pair very soon! - @kwabs.kicks

Sep 01,2023Contacted platinum shoe care about doing some custom trainers for my son for his birthday, and from the very beginning they were helpful and constructive in the best style of trainers to do the custom work on....and when they sent me the photos of the trainers I was blown away! It was as if adidas had made the trainers themselves. The quality of work was amazing . They will be having my business again .
