May 18,2024I would like to say in the beginning that I think you are the best on the market on handmade products looking between quality and price!!! In the other hand I just love the idea of unique designs and the work behind of every pair of shoes ! In top of that the quality of customer service is amazing I’m not saying this as a politely person I’m impressed compared to other brands customers service that I deal with honestly I don’t win anything after this review it’s my honest opinion as a customer and I just love everything from A to Z !!!

Amazing customer services (only had to ring to see if they could deliver any earlier than the expected date - which they did :) ) . A truly personalised experience- would definitely recommend.

May 19,2024Great service and great shoes. Platinum Shoe Care responded to my email and phone call. They got the shoe delivered to me ahead of schedule because I needed them for an event I was attending. Considering I’m in Hawaii and how long it takes things to be shipped and delivered here, I was extremely impressed. I appreciated them handling my order and I will order from them again.
