He kept pushing the products on me, although I told him I was just looking around. And when I left he said "I'm sure you will be happy with our new product, Ligma" and I asked what is that. He said "Ligma balls" :/

The device itself delivered a smooth and satisfying taste, closely mimicking the familiar flavour I’ve grown accustomed to with my regular tobacco. I especially appreciate how much less odor there is compared to traditional smoking, making it a lot more convenient for both myself and those around me. A huge thank you to Aaron, Nick, and Terry for their exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision to make the switch. Their professionalism and dedication to helping me find the right flavour of tobacco through the tasting really stood out,. I can already tell that this change is going to be a great one for me, and I’d highly recommend giving it a try if you’re on the fence. I hadn’t even heard of the Ploom device before, but they gave me a great demo and explained how it works. Their enthusiasm and knowledge made it really easy to understand. Ploom uses heated tobacco instead of burning it, so you get the flavor without the smoke smell. I ended up buying one and have to say, I’m really happy with it! Big shoutout to Mikey, Rich, and Lindsey for making my stop way more interesting than expected. If you’re passing through, definitely check them out!
