Feb 01,2025Pros: The plumber arrived quite quickly. Plumber was friendly and cleared up well after unblocking the drain Cons: The pricing is a rip off. The company have the tactic of quoting a price of £144 to send out an engineer to assess the problem and attempt to clear the blockage with a rod. When this seems not to work the customer has to phone the company who quote a price of £714 to use a "machine" (actually a pressure jet connected to the customer's water supply) to clear the blockage. Money has to be paid by a strange open banking credit transfer method before work commences. Advice: If you have a blocked drain DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS MONEY IS NO OBJECT.
