Jan 31,2025Biggest scam! Paid £140 for someone to come home and tell me that my shower tray is clogged (well done!) Made me pay another £150 for a "temporary fix". Literally, did nothing and went. When I complained I was told the fix was not guaranteed but failed to own up that they couldn't even to fix it 'temporarily' for which they charged me additional £150!
