Oct 21,2023They charged me £168 just because the guy said I am not able to fix it, you should replace a new one! and then gave me a quote of around 550 + VAT! He was even unable to open a cartridge. This is how they do their business: Charging an "investigation" fee after saying "I'm not able to fix it, you should buy a new one".

Oct 20,2023Visit to view the problem (he was in the area doing another job): under 2 minute: £168 including VAT To replace a minor part to my toilet: 4 minutes. £474 incl. VAT The spare part: under £50. After haggling on the phone they reluctantly agreed to deduct the £168. I was then charged it again later and after more mails and messages it was finally deducted. 2stars for quick service (although this was not urgent) Deducted 3 because of the silly price.

He arrived on time, was polite and friendly and most importantly sorted the problem. The only reason that it isn't 5 stars is that they were expensive, but to get someone quickly in an emergency it was worth paying for

Oct 17,2023Far too expensive for the job required, but with a blocked drain and worried about using the shower or toilet, Disabled person in the house and the guy waiting in the drive with his kit set out and the company on the phone quoting and at that point you dont know how long the job is going to take! you feel you have no choice but to pay.......then he turns the machine on and it takes 5 mins for £560 =(
