Paul was very helpful as i was reordering some good and didn't know which ones had been ordered previously. he checked old orders for me, told me what i needed and the order arrived promptly. Thank you for your great customer service.

It would be a better world if all customer service departments took a leaf out of PMC Telecom's book. Following a query with an order, Paul Hart took up the case. He was friendly, courteous and really helpful with resolving the issue. He kept in touch to ensure that I knew what was happening with my order and managed my expectations brilliantly. A great advert for how customer service should be. PMC Telecom will get my return custom without any hesitation.

Great straightforward service - was upgraded to next model up as didn't have the correct quantity in stock which was fine :) Good bit was that they provided the service.

We needed a new phone system and didn't know where to start, I called and spoke to Paul Hart explaining our requirements and went through the options. We went with the system that Paul recommended and could not be more pleased. The system was delivered next day and was very easy to set up and configure. Many thanks to Paul for his expertise and taking the time to help us and for the speedy delivery and competitive prices.

PMC great value and great service. I have dealt with Paul Hart at PMC for several years and PMC via Paul offer competitive priced telecom products and a great customer service experience. Nothing is to much trouble and PMC respond quickly to quote requests and technical information. Paul Hart my account Manager provide excellent customer support.

Purchased senheiser ear piece from PMC, order late afternoon and it was delivery next day. Please person that I dealt with and I was e mailed at all points to let me know how my purchase was going. This is the first time I have used PMC , I would not hesitate to use them again as service and price was excellent

Ive now used this company 3 times to purchase headsets and it is so easy and efficient. Easy to order pay and delivery is so quick. I contacted Paul Hart and he sent me my order over straight away just click on the payfield and its done and my goods arrived next day. Totally stress free and Paul helped me very quickly and promptly. I have no hesitation in using and recommending this company in the future.
