Nov 04,2019I had accidently ordered the wrong type of headset for our Sales Team and I urgently needed to rectify this. I spoke to Paul Hart who was very understanding and quickly helped me resolve the issue. I had returned the wrong items and was in receipt of the correct items within days!

Oct 09,2019I sent a request for a quotation for Avaya Headsets and was quickly responded to by Paul Harte. I had mentioned that we were a registered charity and would be appreciative of any charity discount which could be applied. Paul promptly sent me over a quotation and details for payment. We received the goods within 4 days of order. I approached Paul a second time to order 3 more sets of headsets and he agreed to honour the charity discount a second time. Again the goods arrived within 4 days of placing the order. I am very happy with the service I received and the customer service experience with Paul Harte.

Oct 05,2019Started working from home and wanted a telephone with a headset, especially with noise cancellation. Although I looked on eBay I was not reassured that if there was a problem with the phone, I would get it speedily resolved, especially as some of the sellers were not UK based and you would need to foot the bill for the return of the product. I then came across PCM Telecom after doing a Google search. After speaking with a consultant over the phone, I was given assurance that if within the first year anything went wrong with the phone, they would resolve it. The phone itself is good quality for the price and working on the phone is now a breeze - no stiff neck propping the receiver between my shoulder and ear.. I am happy with the product and service. Oh yes, the delivery was super fast - next day!! Happy Customer!!
