Feb 08,2019For my work I need a specific kind of head set, like the ones that call centres use with just one ear covered and a microphone, both for my macbook and also for my house phone. I struggle to find them anywhere but PMC. And even then I never know by looking if they will work with the appliances I need them to work with. I recently had to buy new versions so I rang up PMC and spoke to Paul Hart who couldn't have been more helpful. He talked me through the usual price/quality dilemma and was both informed and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who has special needs in this area.

Jan 19,2019Excellent service from PMC when we bought two headsets, one was the JPL100 and the other JPL 50IS, we prefer the JPL 100 as a lighter easier to manage than the 50IS, we found that the mouthpiece on the 50IS was a little thick and heavier to use, very good at cancelling the noise outside but seem to echo a little, we tried the JPL100 a much better headset and cheaper than the 50IS, we were most impressed with this and should have the another instead of the 50IS, but will keep as spare, we found that the service from PMC was outstanding as usual, we had bought the original dasan DA202 keypad and headset from them and these had lasted a very long time, since this keypad has now been discontinued we have a shop in the USA that sold them so we bought half dozen to be on the safe side of having them as spares all were brand new so no regrets there, but we needed new headsets and if anyone has the Dasan keypad the DA202 then we can recommend the JPL100 to be the correct headset to use the that keypad.
