Dec 07,2018We needed connection leads, due to new Yealink Phones, which were no longer compatible with the old headset lead connections (also purchased via PMC Telecom). Garry Lynch has provided excellent guidance as to which particular connection lead we would require and gone above and beyond to assist where possible. The new leads have been working great, it's been 6 months now and we cannot complain.

Dec 07,2018I have been using PMC for a while now to meet my companys headset demand, Ainsley has been an account manager for myself for the whole duration and has been able to help with a lot of high quantity last minute orders he has also been very good at dealing with suppliers when stock levels are low. Could not recomend Ainsley any more of a higher level than his work already shows.
