Nov 20,2018spoke with Paul Hart last week - ordered a replacement plantronics charging dock - he was polite and quick to help - he checked the stock there and then and told me he had one and we received it a few days later. he even asked me if i needed it to include a PSU which i didnt even think about!

I was having difficulty getting a large quantity in a very short timescale but their staff (especially Luke Cropper) were very helpful & efficient forwarding credit applications, chasing deliveries etc. to ensure everything arrived in time. Luke's service reduced my stress levels, would definitely use PMC again.
