Sep 20,2017As a busy call centre we need fast accurate service for our headsets and the service we have had from Luke @ PMC has been great, so good that we just wouldnt look anywhere else for headsets and desk phones. Note they also offered to refurb our old ones which we were sceptical about but its worked well and saves us a lot of money.

Sep 19,2017I have been purchasing all my telephone equipment from PMC for over ten years now and have always valued their expert opinion and service. I would not consider buying from anyone else. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is to do with the way they handle returns. They really should take on board Plantronics' wonderful policy where, if you report a faulty product, they send a replacement out immediately to avoid inconvenience as they seem to be aware of how important it is for a business to have immediate continuance of service in such matters. They send their returns labels out with the replacement product. For me, that's the way to do it. With PMC, however, I got 'computer says no' response when I asked them to do the same with a faulty product. Apart from that, though, they are pretty spot on with everything.
