I ordered power adaptors for telephone handsets, they were delivered within 2 days as stated and where cheaper than my main telecoms supplier had quoted.

Ordered an item late at 3pm on 28th December and received it by midday the following day, 29th. And we live in Scotland! Thanks PMC (and DPD, the couriers) for such great service. Much appreciated.

My first order did not arrived in time due to postal issue, when I called the customers service they send me a new phone strait away and they assured I received in next day delivery. Great customer service. Since than I bought another item which is the head set for the phone. I received in next 2 days.

I had never used this website before but they had the product I wanted at a sensible price. It arrived super quick, however you do have to pay for postage. Very pleased with my experience.

Wanted to buy a doro cordless phone as a Christmas present for my in laws. After searching the Internet your company came up. The phone I wanted was ten pounds cheaper than elsewhere. I ordered the phone. The website was easy to use. Delivery was quick and I was informed of the status of my order. Very impressed overall

I ordered a trim phone from PMC TELECOM on 6th Dec and the only problem was that the delivery seemed to take slightly longer than I was expecting,When my package arrived the package had been sent to N. IRELAND by mistake I live in WALES otherwise everything good.

After looking for some time for a particular type of telephone, I found what appeared to be just the one at PMC, Not exactly sure that it complied with all my requirements I telephoned them, the young lady I spoke to couldn't answer my query so quickly passed me to another member of staff who also didn't know the answer, but took the time to go to wherever, and physically open the box up to ensure that it had what I required. The items arrived at my door 14 hours later. After installing them one of the units had a minor but irritating fault. I emailed PMC and within hours a suggestion was sent as to what could be causing the problem, this was not the cause. An email again got a response again within a short time with return instructions and prepaid postal label, I returned the unit the next day. 48 hours later the replacement unit arrived. It is a very long time since I had service like this and everyone concerned deserves commending. A first class company I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again PMC.
