Oct 23,2024The rail arrived well packed and cut exactly to size. It was simple and easy to install. It would be handy if you stated how many hook rings were included eg I have moved house and using curtains which are a bit wider than required for the rail which is fine but it would have been better if I could have had more rings for hooks. Delivery was also a little slow. Having said that I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely use this company again and recommend.

Oct 23,2024Very bad experience so far. Ordered on the 11th Oct and got an email on the 15th Oct stating that the items have been shipped. The tracking link supplied takes me to the DX courier website which states the shipment does not exist. Sent an email to poles direct and still have not had any replies from them.
