Oct 31,2024Great efficient delivery service but a nightmare to return goods 4 separate calls to customer services , each with a 17 minute wait time and then call terminated . Made contact through sales , put in another queue and then eventually told there is a charge of £14.95 to return the goods - policy well hidden in the website right at the bottom under customer information - returns policy -and in the small print - defiantly not prominent or referenced at point of purchase . Will not use again , PD need to move with the times and give a complete service level which includes efficient returns
