It comes with all fixtures and fittings and a email arrived with the fitting instructions. The price's are very competitive and it arrived well packed and within the time scale.

Oct 05,2024For starters I haven’t received my order. I was informed it was being delivered on a stated day…. No show, no communication from delivery company. I had to ring them to be told it was damaged and that I needed to contact Poles Direct. Which I did. To cut a long story short, they did sort and delivery was again arranged and again no delivery. Still awaiting information…… very poor service!

Oct 01,2024Great choice of poles and accessories. The two poles we ordered came with all the brackets, finials, rings, plugs, screws and allen keys to easily hang them. The rings are lined for smooth movement when opening and closing the curtains. The Signature bracket is quite substantial and holds the poles easily and securely, and the antique brass finish looks stylish and expensive. You may find youself needing to drill into the concrete lintel above the window opening and from experience I recommend an SDS+ type hammer drill.
