Oct 21,2024The whole experience was great the ordering process was very easy received my impression kit within couple days sent them back the next day had my veneers the following week. I love them they're amazing. I had a little issue with fitting for the back but they sent me right away a larger tray and they're sending me my remakes they're very helpful through the whole process. Responded right away asked me about all my problems with it so I sent video and pictures of the areas I had problems with so they can address them. And now I should have my new set in the next week and if they can get better than this set I couldn't even imagine. I'm very happy with it people are amazed with it no one even realizes their veneers. All around great experience if you're like me and you're hesitant on these types of situations definitely give it a try it changed me and my confidence

Oct 21,2024Be warned, the veneers are designed to break in a year when warranty expires. They will do nothing and expect you to buy another set of their junk product, this is how they stay in business.

Oct 20,2024The company interaction was very good, I got my product sooner than I expected, the process was easy. To be honest I am not happy with my final product. The product looks great but it does not fit well at all. The edges of the product digs into my gums and it does not fit well. To be honest it hurts my teeth to wear them. They are very uncomfortable.

Oct 18,2024I have had my veeners 3.5 months and they broke into. I contacted the company and was told oh well but you can purchase a replacement. They should not have broken after 3.5 months. I paid what I paid. What horrible customer service !!
