Aug 19,2024Both my top and bottom plates have holes in them already. They arent even 6 months old. Wrote them and pretty much got told ol well you can buy more. These arent even paid off yet. Stay away from their product they have terrible customer support only want your money.

Aug 18,2024CHEAP/FLEMSY/DOSEN'T LAST UPDATE 8/30/24 They are not honoring the 70% discount they offered in their response 8/12/24 I was so excited when i got my veneers. I ordered top and bottom. Within 2 weeks the top broke, what I got back was completely different from the first set. I sent them back and got a 3rd set and within 2 weeks of getting that one, it broke. Since it's past the 30 days I now have to pay for a repair. The top teeth are now in 4 pieces. I keep getting emails to get a 2nd pair for $139....NO THANK YOU. At this rate, I would have to replace my veneers every 3 months. Truth in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! CHEAP THIN PLASTIC!

Aug 13,2024I was very excited to order this. When ordering I had to uncheck the additional warranty box three times. I was very upset to see that I was still charged for the additional warranty that I did not want. I emailed the company and was told they could not reimburse the warranty or take it off. I would have to send everything back pay a fee and then reorder again and hopefully the warranty would not be attached. I am sending everything back and delaying this another two weeks while I try to purchase again with no warranty.

Then, the trays I received were too small, so I called in. They were so accommodating and had a sincere desire to help me out. They sent the larger trays immediately (SAME DAY), and I received them in 2 days. I can't wait to get the finished product.
