I called customer service, had the pleasure of talking with Vincent, who immediately sent me an email to cancel my order and get a refund. He answered all my questions and was very polite. I hope the rest of my experience is just as positive...stay tuned, I will tell you how the refund process works.

Apr 22,2025Trash. I got the natural white and they are too white. The front two teeth look like one big tooth. They just look so fake I am embarrassed to wear them. I am missing my 2 front teeth and I am more comfortable with smiling without them. The obvious fake-Ness draws in more unwanted attention than if I didn't wear them so it was a great waste of money. Not impressed
