Aug 10,2024If I could give them a 0 I would. I decided to give this product a try. I went on and ordered a set of impressions and I realized I had two charges of $99. What happened is the website ordered two because when I ordered my set it said error. So I tried to purchase again for $99 plus the $29 payment. Unfortunately I seen right away they set me up for 2 payment plans and they were going to send me 2 orders. I right within minutes of ordering I called there customer service was hung up on several times and I also I sent request to there email to have corrected. It’s like they ignored everything I was saying and sent me two impressions. I went through the process with one set I wanted and I returned the other set untouched. Over a week later I’m exspected my veneers to be here any day and I get a email from their customer service we gave me credit for the unused impressions but then proceeded to tell me since the other one was used we can’t send you a refund and they cancelled both orders!!!!!

Aug 08,2024I made an order for a spare pair but realized it wouldn't be ready in time. It was truly my fault for procrastinating. I do have my original natural shade but wanted a pair in the mature shade so I would look natural to my family. It wasn't too long after I ordered I called Pop On Veneers. The representative was informative about the options but not pressing when I opted for a refund. Sent me an email, filled it out, sent it then got another email granting my refund. When I purchased my original ones, there were adjustments I needed. They worked with me until it was right. Good company to work with and does great work.
