Nov 28,2023I had an amazing experience with Alex! He is a person of high integrity. There was an issue with my portrait after it was shipped. The shipping company damaged the portrait. Alex offered to pay for repairs and followed up with me through the process. We ended up having him redo the portrait at no cost. He’s a standup guy with a lot of integrity. The portrait is amazing and I will happily commission him again in the future.

Along the way she sent layouts and composites to ensure what she'd ultimately create was exactly what I was looking for, which was fantastic assurance. The whole process was very quick as well, and I received the finished painting well before I needed it. The painting is beautifully detailed, but also so clearly handcrafted with emotional brush strokes and texture. I couldn't be happier!

Kate is great to work with and ensures every step of the way that the piece is exactly what you are looking for. She also helped with expedited shipping so that I would have the painting in time for when I needed it.
