I’m glad I chose to go with this seller over others as I felt they had the best quality from what I saw on their page. I was not disappointed at all! I really appreciated everything the seller did from the communication, the attention to detail, the patience they had with all our strange requests, and the outstanding quality of the final result. I would absolutely recommend this person to paint whatever you made need, and would order from again if I’m looking for another work of art to treasure forever. My grandmother was so happy she kept crying tears of joy and I’m so glad the seller was able to make her Christmas truly magical and memorable.

She worked quickly and I was able tog et the painting in time. My wife was floored by how perfect the painting was. Katie took two photos and put them together to create the painting and you would never know. Perfect!

After months of tweaking and making changes until my proof was perfect, she painted the most beautiful painting! She knew I needed it by a specific date so she upgraded my shipping to EMS Express, free of charge!! Sadly, the mail carriers lost the beautiful painting in shipping. As soon as I contacted Kate that the painting was lost, she didn’t hesitate to start re-painting the beautiful painting!! Free of charge!! Not to mention it was an 8-person family portrait, I can only imagine how much time it must have taken her! Then she immediately rush shipped it to me so that I would get it in time!! I genuinely can not express how lovely she was to work with and how talented she is. When I received my painting it was even more beautiful in person!! I would recommend her shop over anything else you see!! Nothing compares to the kindness and absolute amazing customer service Portraithy showed me!!
