They are both getting older and I wanted them to know that they are loved and respected by their children, and that they will always be honored. An oil painting that can be hung on the wall for generations is a great way to do that. What Kate made is perfect. She captured their smile and their elegance and all the intricate details of the clothes that they wore on our wedding day. I am so happy that we were able to do this for my parents. We will definitely be working with Kate again.
