I dealt with Declan there and was very happy with all aspects - they then recommended Equilaw to deal with legal issues and the end result was completely satisfactory. Thank you

Aug 28,2023We used Positive Lending for a second charge mortgage to consolidate credit card debts and a loan having been referred to them by our mortgage broker. The process was very straightforward and communication with Gareth Colston to get the process started and then with Georgia McGonigle through to completion was excellent. They were proactive and kept us up to date with extremely timely responses to all our questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Aug 23,2023I recently had the experience of raising a bridging loan against my flat. This was an incredibly positive experience. The team of John Brown, Hayley Evans, Jonathan and others were extremely supportive, willing to go above board and helped me thru some stressful moments. To be candid I did not even know about Together, till my broker recommended them to me, after a High Street Bank failed to step up. Thank you to the Together Team for a fantastic experience and a timely outcome on release of funds today.

Aug 21,2023I don't normally write reviews, but because of the wonderful help we have received as a family i feel i have to give those who are unsure on who to pick for financial help a review to give piece of mind. From day one of speaking to positive lending Gareth was amazing. He made the whole process extremely clear and put me at ease immediately. He took me through the initial steps to get my application going and for the first time i felt positive about my situation. I then was handed over to Dawn who was now looking after my case and she was amazing also. She did everything in her power to make sure we have all the information needed to receive the funds to pay off our credit cards as a consolidated debt. She was clear, understanding and she went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Our case completed within 2 weeks of the initial contact with positive lending and i cannot recommend this company enough to people. Our situation financially was getting rather scary and a massive pressure on top of everything else we are al faced with in today's world. I honestly thought there was no way out. However, Positive lending gave us that help and life line and i can't thank the team enough. From all of us, thank you for everything Dawn and Gareth and we really appreciate everything you have done for us. I cannot recommend this company enough. YOU ARE IN SAVE HANDS

Jul 29,2023Thank god for Ben Fairhead! He gave amazing support and guidance at every stage in what became a stressful housing exchange (not related to Positive Lending but other matters). No question was silly and I didn't at any stage feel unsupported or stupid. Ben was always quick to respond to any queries and gave full support right until the end. Checking when the funds were released and helping track them to my solicitor. Entirely professional throughout - I wish this company's service could be used as a blueprint for others. It's clear they know what they are doing and live up to their name "Positive Lending" - all in all a positive experience. My initial contact was Penny Wrigley, who put me in touch with Ben as she was going on holiday. Penny was also excellent.
