Oct 21,2019A very positive experience. I was referred to them via a Google search. Having read reviews I gave them a try along with a local broker who was recommended . The local broker was going to charge a fee of £1000 in addition to fees charged by the lender while Positive Lending received their fee from the set up fee so, in effect we saved £1000 to begin with. More importantly Gary was super-attentive keeping us up to date and chasing lawyers until we were able to draw the money. Highly recommended - we will use them again.

Oct 21,2019Albeit the end result was as required the journey was pretty poor. I had a proposal that appeared to be simple and easy but became not that. Communication was slow and often inaccurate. There was little support or assistance during the process, which given the fee level should have been expected and I cant see myself using Positive Lending again in the future.
