He always came back to me when he said he would and kept me informed, (sometimes daily) of the progress. He managed me well when I was stressed and bossy. I'm really grateful to him. This was then made harder by the world financial situation and the lender froze all lending which meant both Declan and Dawn had to go and find another option which they did and actually ended up getting me an even better deal. Throughout the whole process both of them were extremely informative of what was happening and they were a joy to deal with. Thank you and well done for such a great service.

Nov 24,2022Positive Lending has a really good second charge mortgage product - simple to understand and not overloaded with punitive fees for the customer. I was really pleased when I was introduced to them by my broker. The application process was simple and my contacts Gareth, Karolina and Dawn did a great job securing the product notwithstanding the difficult market. The most impressive thing for me about Positive Lending is that they honoured the rate I was quoted at application even though the initial deadline had passed. This shows they put the customer first. I would certainly recommend them.

Feb 16,2023Second time using Positive Lending. Can’t thank the guys enough. Dealt with Lewis & Jack on my remortgage and with Martin on my bridging. The three musketeers as I call them were brilliant all the way and fought my corner with the lender when required. Although very stressful, it is great having a broker that communicates at all stages, and looked at options to suit my circumstances.
